State 24-hour Warning Point Mission

The State 24-hour Warning Point operates on a twenty-four (24) hour per day basis to monitor, receive, and disseminate emergency information, receive and provide timely notifications, and continuously assess for threats, incidents, or events occurring within or near the Commonwealth.

 

Hazardous Material Spills and Air Releases

If you need to report a spill or air release in accordance with SARA Tittle III Section 304 and KRS39E.190, Commonwealth’s 24-hour Warning Point, Kentucky Division of Emergency Management’s Duty Officer at 800.255.2587, which serves as the and contact for the Kentucky Emergency Response Commission.


State Agency Reporting Required by KRS, KAR, or Agency Policy

If you need to make a report, contact the Commonwealth’s 24-hour Warning Point, Kentucky Division of Emergency Management’s Duty Officer at 800.255.2587, and they will facilitate making the appropriate notification.
